Yes that's right, you know your life stinks. You know you stink too - doesn't matter how many cans of deodorant you go through each month.
You can't buy nice looking clothes,
your love life stopped existing so long ago you don't even remember if you ever had one,
your bed looks like crater after meteoroid hit it - so does your favorite reclaining chair,
you loose your breath after climbing 4 stairs,
you can't wear heels,
your doctor keeps mumbling under his nose about heart attacks,
people stare at you,
your car is too small,
you can't play with your kids,
you can't see some of your body parts other then in the mirror....
and so on and so on
Do you really want me to go on?
Let's face it - YOU ARE FAT !
Be honest wih yourself - you are not overweight or big boned - you are FAT !
And doesn't matter how many times you will hear this brainwashing crap on TV telling you that big is beautiful, telling you to love your body and be confident - you know the TRUTH - you are FAT and you HATE IT !!!

Lessen your calorie intake, eat less calories - that's usual phrases you hear and read when you start any weight loss program.
It is the most important part in every diet. And you should follow your calories very closely.
But please don't make the biggest calorie mistake repeated continously by almost everyone trying to lose weight - do not take under consideration the recommended daily intake.
Why?
Because it's stupid and it will affect your weight loss in negative way instead of helping you. Most of the weight loss websites will tell you that for adults the recommended daily intake is as follows:
Men - 2550
Women - 1940
What is wrong with this picture?
This is a recommended intake for a HEALTHY adults.
You are not healthy - you are fat. That means usually that your blood pressure is higher, it takes more effort for your body to move - you get tired faster, you sweat more, you breathe more rapidly.
Think in the terms of cars. If you can drive on the full tank let's say 500km - would you expect your car to get you there with the same amount of fuel if it would have a 25" caravan attached?
Of course not. Because it will be overweight like you are now.
When you buying your medicines - even cough syrup - the dosage will have not only age included but the weight as well. You don't give the same amount to 20 kg kid and 40 kg kid just because they are both seven.
I hope you already getting what I'm trying to tell you - you need more calories every day then healthy people with the proper weight. It's difficult to justify for me exactly the amount as it will depend on your height as well, but the most easy way to calculate is by counting how many percent are you overweight.
After you check the proper average weight for your height and age - calculate the percentage of your weight which shouldn't be there.
Let's say you should be 60 kg but you are 80 kg. That tells you that you are about 33% heavier then you should. So if healthy person needs 2550 calories - you need 30% more which makes it around 3300. From that number you work out how much calories should you cut out of your diet. To achieve the long term result you should start with around 20% cut and move it up to 25%.
I hope I clearly explained to you this calorie myth. It's one of the reasons why so many people fail with their diets and feel miserable while on the diets - inadequate calorie intake, which leads to body starvation. And body starvation on other hand creates not only the dreaded Yo-yo dieting but unwanted changes to your metabolism.
